# SynDental

> Dental clinic management software for Iraq, in Arabic and English (syndental.app, by Synord IQ). A live FDI tooth chart, appointments and a waiting queue, invoices with part payments in IQD and USD, doctors' profit shares, stock and lab orders, expenses and the monthly profit report, plus a patient code that lets the patient's medical history follow them to any clinic on SynDental. ## Pricing

- Single-doctor clinic: 25,000 IQD a month.
- Each extra doctor: + 15,000 IQD a month, up to 4 doctors.
- Yearly: pay 10 months, get 12.
- Reception staff and assistants are free and unlimited; only doctors count.
- Centres with five or more doctors, or several branches: price by agreement (WhatsApp +964 773 891 4288).
- Every feature is in every plan.

## What it does

- Patient file: demographics, medical alerts first (anticoagulants, allergies, pregnancy, diabetes, bisphosphonates), medications, clinical notes (SOAP), x-rays and files.
- Tooth chart (FDI, permanent and primary teeth): conditions per surface or tooth, as existing, planned or done; every mark signed by its author and never overwritten, so the chart on any past date can be rebuilt.
- Appointments: booked by phone or at the desk, with a chosen doctor or the first free one; a waiting queue where acute pain goes first.
- Treatment plans with phases, prices from the clinic's own price list.
- Invoices in IQD or USD, doctor discounts within a limit set by the owner, part payments and instalments, receipts, patient balances and credit.
- Doctors' shares: a percentage or fixed amount per doctor, treatment category or procedure, from the full price, after materials, or after materials and lab; discounts carried by the doctor, the clinic or both; earned as the patient pays; each doctor sees their own statement and payouts.
- Stock: billable items (implant fixtures, ready crowns) and consumables, suppliers, purchases with batches and expiry dates, materials used per procedure, low-stock and expiry alerts.
- Lab orders (sent, received, fitted) with the lab cost counted against the work.
- Expenses (rent, salaries, utilities) including monthly recurring ones, and a monthly profit report.
- Roles: owner, doctor, reception (optionally allowed to take payments), assistant.

## The patient's history across clinics

Every receipt and invoice carries the patient's code and QR. Another clinic on SynDental types the code and the medical history, tooth chart and x-rays open there, with each entry attributed to the clinic and doctor who wrote it. Invoices, prices and payments never leave the clinic that issued them. In an emergency a doctor can open the history without the code by giving a written reason; the access is logged and the patient is told. Patients (or a family member) can sign in to the patient portal with their phone number and a one-time code to see their history, each clinic's invoices and their code.
